     Elizabeth McNair was born a 1785. She married John Anderson II, son of COL John W. Anderson I and Rebecca Melissa Maxwell, on 12 Nov 1805.

     Mary Anderson was born on 15 Feb 1781 at Washington Co, Virginia. She was the daughter of COL John W. Anderson I and Rebecca Melissa Maxwell. Mary Anderson married John Skillern on 16 Aug 1798.

     William Christian was born a 1775. He married Elizabeth Anderson, daughter of COL John W. Anderson I and Rebecca Melissa Maxwell, on 20 Apr 1800.

     Audley Anderson was born on 11 Mar 1785 at Washington Co, Virginia. He was the son of COL John W. Anderson I and Rebecca Melissa Maxwell. Audley Anderson married Elizabeth Rhea on 30 Jan 1812.

     Elizabeth Rhea was born a 1792. She married Audley Anderson, son of COL John W. Anderson I and Rebecca Melissa Maxwell, on 30 Jan 1812.

     Sarah Anderson was born on 7 Feb 1787 at Washington Co, Virginia. She was the daughter of COL John W. Anderson I and Rebecca Melissa Maxwell. Sarah Anderson married Rev Andrew Galbreath on 3 Dec 1805.

     Rev Andrew Galbreath was born a 1780. He married Sarah Anderson, daughter of COL John W. Anderson I and Rebecca Melissa Maxwell, on 3 Dec 1805.

     Issac Campbell Anderson was born on 3 May 1789 at Washington Co, Virginia. He was the son of COL John W. Anderson I and Rebecca Melissa Maxwell. Issac Campbell Anderson married Margaret Rhea on 16 May 1816. Issac Campbell Anderson died on 7 Feb 1872 at age 82.

     Margaret Rhea was born a 1796. She married Issac Campbell Anderson, son of COL John W. Anderson I and Rebecca Melissa Maxwell, on 16 May 1816.

     George Christian was born a 1773. He was the son of COL Gilbert Christian and Margaret Anderson.

     CPT James Allen II was born in 1716. He was the son of CPT James Allen I. CPT James Allen II immigrated in 1723. He was christened on 18 Mar 1743/44 at Augusta Stone Church, Fort Defiance, Augusta Co, Virginia. He married Margaret Anderson, daughter of John Anderson II and Jean 'Jane' Stephenson ?, in 1756 at Willow Spout, Augusta Co, Virginia. CPT James Allen II died on 30 May 1810 at Augusta Co, Virginia. He was buried at Augusta Co, Virginia.

      Capt James Allen lived near the place now called Willow Spout on the macadamized road, about eight miles north of Staunton, VA. He was appointed constable 24 Jun 1742.

James served in the Battle of Point Pleasant, WV in 1744. On 23 Mar 1756 James qualified as captain of foot militia in Augusta Co, VA.

James served as an elder of Augusta Stone Church for sixty-four years. In 1776 he signed the petition urging religious liberty which was sent to representatives in the legislature by the Freeholders of Augusta Co, VA. He and Margaret had ten children.

     John Anderson III was born c 1739. He was the son of John Anderson II and Jean 'Jane' Stephenson ? John Anderson III was christened on 19 Oct 1740 at Augusta Stone Church, Fort Defiance, Augusta Co, Virginia. He died b 1786.

     James Allen III was born on 13 Jul 1771 at Augusta Co, Virginia. He was the son of CPT James Allen II and Margaret Anderson.

     Elizabeth "Polly" "Betsy" Allen was born on 9 Nov 1761 at Augusta Co, Virginia. She was the daughter of CPT James Allen II and Margaret Anderson. Elizabeth "Polly" "Betsy" Allen married (Unknown) Lewis a 1780. Elizabeth "Polly" "Betsy" Allen married Rev John McCue I bt 1781 - 1782 at Augusta Co, Virginia. Elizabeth "Polly" "Betsy" Allen died on 19 Oct 1831 at Augusta Co, Virginia, at age 69.

     (Unknown) Lewis was born a 1755. He married Elizabeth "Polly" "Betsy" Allen, daughter of CPT James Allen II and Margaret Anderson, a 1780.

     William Allen was born c 1758 at Augusta Co, Virginia. He was the son of CPT James Allen II and Margaret Anderson. William Allen died on 27 Jul 1821 at Kentucky.

     Jane "Jean" "Jennie" Allen was born in 1756 at Augusta Co, Virginia. She was the daughter of CPT James Allen II and Margaret Anderson. Jane "Jean" "Jennie" Allen married CPT James Trimble c 29 Mar 1773 at Augusta Co, Virginia.

     CPT James Trimble was born a 1747 at Augusta Co, Virginia. He married Jane "Jean" "Jennie" Allen, daughter of CPT James Allen II and Margaret Anderson, c 29 Mar 1773 at Augusta Co, Virginia. CPT James Trimble died in 1804 at Woodford Co, Kentucky.

     CPT James Allen I was born a 1690. He immigrated in 1732 to Augusta Co, Virginia. He was buried at Ireland.

      James Allen immigrated to Virginia from Ireland with his wife and son James. They were among the earliest settlers in Augusta Co, VA. There are discrepencies as to whether James was named William instead.

     LT John Allen was born a 1720 at Augusta Co, Virginia. He was the son of CPT James Allen I.

      John Allen was a lieutenant who was killed at Braddock's defeat.

     LT Hugh Allen I was born in 1718 at Augusta Co, Virginia. He married Jane "Jean" Anderson, daughter of John Anderson II and Jean 'Jane' Stephenson ?, on 6 Nov 1765 at Augusta Co, Virginia. LT Hugh Allen I died on 10 Oct 1774 at Point Pleasant, Mason Co, West Virginia.

      Hugh Allen was a lieutenant in Col Charles Lewis' regiment at Point Pleasant in 1773. He was killed in the battle and his body buried beside the body of Col Lewis.

     Joseph Borden was born a 1708. He was the son of Benjamin Borden I.

     Rev John McCue I was born on 8 May 1753 at Albemarle Co, Virginia. He married Elizabeth "Polly" "Betsy" Allen, daughter of CPT James Allen II and Margaret Anderson, bt 1781 - 1782 at Augusta Co, Virginia. Rev John McCue I died on 20 Sep 1818 at age 65.
