     Matilda West was born c 1679 at Accomack Co, Virginia. She was the daughter of LTC John West I (of Accomack) and Matilda Scarburgh. Matilda West married Hon John Wise II, son of COL John Wise I and Hannah Scarburgh (2nd dau Hannah), c 1698. Matilda West died in 1722 at 'Clifton', South Chesconessex, Accomack Co, Virginia. Her estate was probated on 6 Mar 1723 at Accomack Co, Virginia.

     COL John Wise III was born on 8 Aug 1699 at Accomack Co, Virginia. He was the son of Hon John Wise II and Matilda West. COL John Wise III married Scarburgh "Scarbury" Robinson, daughter of COL Tully Robinson and Sarah West, c 1720. COL John Wise III died on 9 Aug 1767 at age 68.

     Scarburgh "Scarbury" Robinson was born on 16 Apr 1691 at Accomack Co, Virginia. She was the daughter of COL Tully Robinson and Sarah West. Scarburgh "Scarbury" Robinson married COL John Wise III, son of Hon John Wise II and Matilda West, c 1720. Scarburgh "Scarbury" Robinson died on 29 Jan 1770 at Accomack Co, Virginia, at age 78.

     Matilda Scarburgh was born in 1645 at Accomack Co, Virginia. She was the daughter of COL Edmund Scarburgh II (Burgess) and Mary Cade or Harmer. Matilda Scarburgh married LTC John West I (of Accomack) c 1658 at Accomac, Accomack Co, Virginia. Matilda Scarburgh died on 3 Jan 1721 at Accomack Co, Virginia.

     LTC John West I (of Accomack) was born on 7 Apr 1638. He married Matilda Scarburgh, daughter of COL Edmund Scarburgh II (Burgess) and Mary Cade or Harmer, c 1658 at Accomac, Accomack Co, Virginia. LTC John West I (of Accomack) died on 27 May 1703 at age 65.

      LTC John West played a role in the failed attempt of Col Edmund Scarburgh, our 12th great grandfather and John's father-in-law, to forcibly annex part of Maryland into Virginia in the mid 1660s.

     Sarah West was born a 1666 at Accomack Co, Virginia. She was the daughter of LTC John West I (of Accomack) and Matilda Scarburgh. Sarah West married COL Tully Robinson, son of CPT William Robinson II and Susanna (Unknown), a 1684 at Accomack Co, Virginia.

     COL Tully Robinson was born on 31 Aug 1658 at Princess Anne Co, Virginia. He was the son of CPT William Robinson II and Susanna (Unknown). COL Tully Robinson married Sarah West, daughter of LTC John West I (of Accomack) and Matilda Scarburgh, a 1684 at Accomack Co, Virginia. COL Tully Robinson died on 12 Nov 1723 at Accomack Co, Virginia, at age 65.

     John Smart was born c 1636 at Lancaster Co, Virginia. He was the son of William Smart I. John Smart married Tabitha Scarburgh, daughter of COL Edmund Scarburgh II (Burgess) and Mary Cade or Harmer, b 12 Jul 1653 at Northampton Co, Virginia. John Smart died b 1657 at Northampton Co, Virginia.

      John Smart was given tract N3, Magattey Bay, Northampton Co, VA on 12 Jul 1653: Edm. Scarburgh, merchant, freely give to John Smart (for my daughter Tabitha, now wife of John Smart) all the tract of land belonging to me at Maggattey Bay in Northampton County and livestock. Witnesses: Tho. Johnson, Tho. Teackle and John Dollinge. The author Ralph Whitelaw added that this gift was made as a marriage portion for his daughter Tabitha.

     Devereux Browne (Burgess) was born c 1630 at Accomack Co, Virginia. He married Tabitha Scarburgh, daughter of COL Edmund Scarburgh II (Burgess) and Mary Cade or Harmer, b 1660. Devereux Browne (Burgess) died b 17 Jun 1673.

      Devereux Browne, a Burgess, played a role in the failed attempt of Col Edmund Scarburgh, our 12th great grandfather and Devereux's father-in-law, to forcibly annex part of Maryland into Virginia in the mid 1660s. Deavereux witnessed the 19 Oct 1664 will of Edward Baker, late of London, at Accomack Co, VA along with Hn. Jones & Will Stevens.

Devereux died before 17 Jun 1673 at Accomack Co, VA. The administeration of his estate was assigned to Tabitha Browne, widow of said Devoras, with Charles Scarburgh and Capt. Daniel Jenifer securities on 17 Jun 1673. The will was presented but the Court decided there was not sufficient evidence and testimony that it was the real will and testament of the said decedent (Accomack Co Orders, 1671-1673 (vi), pp. 206 & 204.)

     COL Edward Hill was born in 1637 at 'Shirley', Charles City Co, Virginia. He married Tabitha Scarburgh, daughter of COL Edmund Scarburgh II (Burgess) and Mary Cade or Harmer, on 28 Sep 1696. COL Edward Hill died on 30 Nov 1700 at Charles City Co, Virginia. He was buried at Charles City Co, Virginia.

     Anthony West was born on 17 May 1728 at Accomack Co, Virginia. He was the son of John West and Ann (Unknown). Anthony West married Eleanor Revell ? a 1745. Anthony West died b 23 Feb 1795.

     Ann (Unknown) was born in 1700. She married John West, son of Anthony West, a 1720. Ann (Unknown) died on 9 Apr 1751.

     Mary Littleton was born c 1602 at England. She was the daughter of Sir Edward Littleton and Mary Walter. Mary Littleton married Gilbert Jones c 1630 at England.¹ Mary Littleton died b 25 Nov 1649.

     Kathryn Anne Gunn is the daughter of Robert "Bobby" Henry Gunn and Tommie Jane Green. Kathryn Anne Gunn married Ronald Lee Wilks I, son of Kathryn Gunn, a 1975.

     Littleton Scarburgh was born a 1646 at Accomack Co, Virginia. He was the son of COL Edmund Scarburgh II (Burgess) and Mary Cade or Harmer. Littleton Scarburgh died b 25 Mar 1672.

     Mary Scott was born a 1752. She married COL John Scott Wood, son of Joseph Wood I and Elizabeth Scott, a 1772.

     Elizabeth Wood was born a 1775. She was the daughter of COL John Scott Wood and Mary Scott.

     James Wood was born a 1773. He was the son of COL John Scott Wood and Mary Scott.

     Thomas Wood was born a 1762. He was the son of Joseph Wood I and Elizabeth Scott. Thomas Wood married Mary Porter a 1787.³

     Ronald Lee Wilks I is the son of Kathryn Gunn. Ronald Lee Wilks I married Kathryn Anne Gunn, daughter of Robert "Bobby" Henry Gunn and Tommie Jane Green, a 1975.

     Patty 'Polly' Wood was born a 1760. She was the daughter of Joseph Wood I and Elizabeth Scott. Patty 'Polly' Wood married John Alcocke a 1780.

     John Alcocke was born a 1755. He married Patty 'Polly' Wood, daughter of Joseph Wood I and Elizabeth Scott, a 1780.

     Lucy Wood was born a 1756. She was the daughter of Joseph Wood I and Elizabeth Scott. Lucy Wood married (Unknown) Wattson ? a 1776.

     (Unknown) Wattson ? was born a 1751. He married Lucy Wood, daughter of Joseph Wood I and Elizabeth Scott, a 1776.

     Patty Wattson ? was born a 1777. She was the daughter of (Unknown) Wattson ? and Lucy Wood.

     Jane Wood was born a 1758. She was the daughter of Joseph Wood I and Elizabeth Scott. Jane Wood married William Hill a 1778.

     William Hill was born a 1753. He married Jane Wood, daughter of Joseph Wood I and Elizabeth Scott, a 1778.

     Margaret 'Peggie' Bell was born a 1761. She was the daughter of CPT William Bell I (of Orange Co) and Mary Miller. Margaret 'Peggie' Bell married CPT Joseph Wood II, son of Joseph Wood I and Elizabeth Scott, on 22 Mar 1781 at Orange Co, Virginia. Margaret 'Peggie' Bell died a 1820.

     Maridale Temple was born on 31 Mar 1948 at Palestine, Texas. She was the daughter of Alvin G. Temple and Ida Delle. Maridale Temple was christened in 1948 at Palestine, Texas. She married Lt Col James "Jim" Franklin Guzzi on 24 Nov 1971 at Abilene, Texas. Maridale Temple and Lt Col James "Jim" Franklin Guzzi were divorced on 8 Jul 1988 at Dayton, Ohio. Maridale Temple died on 28 Sep 1997 at Arlington, Virginia, at age 49. She was buried at Palestine, Texas.

      Maridale Temple was divorced after she became deeply chemically dependant.

     Alvin G. Temple was born c 1907. He married Ida Delle a 1930. Alvin G. Temple died in 1982.
