George Conrad Feindel1,2,3,4,5

M, ID# 2823, (c 1755 - )
Father:Georg Jacob Feinthel (c 1710 - a Jun 1755)
Mother:Juliana Elisabetha Frankin (1 Jul 1728 - 19 Mar 1791)
George Conrad Feindel was born c 1755 at Lunenburg Co, Nova Scotia, Canada. He was the son of Georg Jacob Feinthel and Juliana Elisabetha Frankin. George Conrad Feindel was christened on 17 Jul 1755 at Saint John's Anglican Church, Lunenburg, Lunenburg Co, Nova Scotia, Canada.
George Conrad Feindel likely died early. Historian Dr. Kenneth Paulsen pointed out, if he had lived George Conrad would have been eligible to inherit his father’s property with his brother George Michael Feindel. The Lunenburg community was under stress in the mid 1750s because of the Mi’kmaw Indian raids on the township, and large numbers of deaths -- mostly children -- were not recorded by the Anglican missionaries at Lunenburg. Furthermore, George Conrad would not have been re-baptized as an Emoneau making him eligible to inherit a step-father’s property. So, George Conrad Feindel likely died as an infant or very young child.

Heinrich Jacob Feinthel1,2,3

M, ID# 2826, (a 1680 - )
Charts:Richard Carl Murphy lineage
Heinrich Jacob Feinthel was born a 1680 at Germany. He married Anna Elise Schmitt a 1705 at Germany.
Records in the Frankweiler, Germany church book from 1560 on included the Feinthel (also spelled as Feintheil, then Feinthel, later Feindel) family according to the Frankweiler Ortsgeschichte (Local History) by Gottfried Laugel Stadtbaumeister (1836-1956).

According to historian Dr. Kenneth Paulsen, the 1715 Frankweiler census of 32 heads of household (Einwohner von Frankweiler, Landesarchiv Speyer, 1715, A 14 / 157a) included the four following Feinthels:
Hans Jörg Feintel
Jacob Feintel (erben - heirs)
Magdalena Feindel (modo - currently)
Heinrich Jacob Feindel (father of Georg Jacob)
Dr. Paulsen was unable to locate the birth of Henrich / Heinrich Jacob Feinthel in Frankweiler church records. When the Thirty Years War ended in 1648 there were families living in Frankweiler using the surnames Feintheil, Feinthel and Feindel according to the Frankweiler Ortsgeschichte by Gottfried Laugel (1856 - 1936), so Heinrich Jacob's ancestors likely lived in Frankweiler.

Transcribed death records for Frankweiler, Germany showed two Henrich Jacob Feinthels, with dates circa 1672 - 1754 and circa 1680 - 1760, either of whom would be candidates to be George Jacob's father. However there are many undated record transcriptions with men with the same name; when the original dated records are added online, the various Feinthel families can be examined for potential parsing.

Father:George Frederic-Melchoir Emoneau (18 Feb 1727 - 19 Mar 1791)
Mother:Elizabeth Esmonnot (a 1732 - b Feb 1756)
Jean George Emoneau was born a 1756. He was the son of George Frederic-Melchoir Emoneau and Elizabeth Esmonnot. Jean George Emoneau was christened on 29 Mar 1759 at Saint John's Anglican Church, Lunenburg, Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Jean George Emoneau is an enigma in that he could be the son of Frederic Emoneau and his first wife Elizabeth Esmonnet; Frederic Emoneau and his second wife Juliana Elisabetha Frankin Feindel; or the son of Juliana Elisabetha Frankin Feindel and her first husband Georg Jacob Feinthel. When Jean George was born and whether Elizabeth Esmonnet was still alive at that time is unclear.

Juliana Elisabetha was very unlikely to be Jean George's mother. Juliana Elisabetha likely had a son George Conrad with her husband Georg Jacob in 1755, the same year that son George Conrad was christened in Jul 1755. Although George Conrad apparently did not live long, Juliana Elisabetha would not likely have become pregnant again before her husband Georg Jacob died that same year after Jun 1755 or she married Frederic Emoneau in Feb 1756. Thus Jean George Emoneau is unlikely to be Juliana Elisabetha's son by either of her husbands.
